Tracy is working with the booming construction industry to improve the lives of children living with their parents on the many labour camps around the city.
Each of these camps is home to hundreds of workers and their families sometimes with as many as 800 homes on one site.
Each 'house' is 6ft by 6ft, made from corrugated iron sheets with no windows, running water, electricity or toilet. The only way of washing is in communal baths - massive concrete tubs of water shared by the whole community.
In 2007 Tracy opened her first on-site nursery, an oasis of fun for the camp children. It is used daily by up to 50 children whose parents work for K Tech Construction.
The next nursery is due to open in May 2008 and now the template is in place she plans to work with a number of construction companies to build nurseries on 23 labour camps over the next five years in Pattaya, Bangkok and Hua Hin.
